I have had so many of you reaching out for routine ideas as it’s been so hard to be locked down at home for so long! I totally can relate!
👉I’m used to my everyday routine of constantly go-go-go! Being organized with my schedule and following my daily plans. 👉I have spent this time in quarantine working on things I NEVER have time for, learning NEW Skills and spending time with my family whether it’s working on the farm or cooking with Mom❤️
Here are some Tips for my Athletes to keep going!
✅Get yourself into a productive routine by setting your alarm to get up and going ✅Make a list of goals, tasks you want to complete each day and week ✅Make sure you are following your teachers online & finishing your school work...Remember as an athlete, you strive for being a COMPLETE student athlete who puts forth a consistent effort not only with your sport but in school! ✅Set your phone to the side when your working on a task ✅Help your parents around the house ✅Spend time with your siblings, they will be some of your biggest supporters in life! ✅Check in with you family members by FaceTiming them, especially your grandparents! ✅Set up a FaceTime to connect with your friends ✅Learn a New Skill ie. cooking ✅Watch an inspirational movie or read an inspirational book ✅Set some goals for yourself whether it be personal, sporting or academic & come up with a plan on how you will achieve them. ✅Work on improving your sport ie, shooting pucks, basketballs, etc. ✅Include a fitness routine daily💪🏼 it will make you feel so much better and give you more energy! ✅Clean your room and de-clutter. The more organized you are, the more efficient you will be. ✅Do something nice for someone everyday!
