Gold Performance Strength and Conditioning Facility was built in 2015, and it is definitely unique! There is no other like it in Quinte or the surrounding area. This state-of-the-art training facility is 6,500 square feet of artificial turf and rubber flooring and is equipped with the latest training equipment. Outdoor “country” training is offered in the appropriate weather conditions. Athletes love the unique outdoor setting and running up and down our man-made hill or pushing large tractor tires. As Regulated Health Professionals, we are committed to helping each person reach their goals through our fitness, nutrition and membership programs.
