Sport-Specific Training

Gold Performance Training is proud of their Sport-Specific Elite Training Programs. Each year, several athletes from the Quinte area and beyond benefit from training in a world-class facility with top level Strength and Conditioning coaches who have not only been athletes at the highest level but also work with athletes who play at the highest level. These structured training programs have been instrumental in helping so many athletes achieve their sporting goals. The specific coaching, exercise programs and intensity at which each athlete trains at transfers into athletic results no matter what their sport is. We strive to be the leaders in the Strength and Conditioning industry.  We believe that every athlete has different needs and goals and following initial evaluation, specific programs are developed to meet their needs and goals. We offer training programs year-round in 4 different blocks.

Winter Training Program: January-March
Spring Training Program: April-June
Summer Training Program: July-August
Fall Training Program: September-December
