Fitness Testing is a good indicator of an athletes strengths and weaknesses. This information is helpful when designing training programs and setting goals. Often, Fitness Testing is completed at the start of a training program and throughout. Now a days, being a fit athlete is essential in playing your sport at the highest level. Most sports teams have set fitness standards that they want their athletes achieving and striving for. Jackie has been fortunate to have been invited by the OHL where she has worked as a Strength Coach at their fitness combines completing prospect testing. She has also been invited to work at Hockey Canada’s U-18 Strength and Conditioning Camp where she assist in off-ice testing. Not only does Gold Performance offer fitness testing to it’s individual athletes but it also does Team Fitness Testing.
